Returns

At AMERA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Incorrect product delivered
  Returns must be reported

within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

• Returns will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Products altered or repaired by unauthorized persons

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed accordingly.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Warranty Coverage

Refunds do not apply to issues covered under the warranty policy:

• 1-Year Warranty for colour and machine
• 3-Year Free Service Warranty for trusted customers
